Who knows.... Do you have a sizable Mexican or South American population in your town? That is where this gang hails from.
Call your local police and speak with them about it. They are just as interested in keeping gang violence and activity out of your neighborhood and community as you are.
And that gang is the new Mafia......... only they are much more evil and the only rule they live by is greed and death. They have no code of honor. They do not care if you are man, woman or child... they will kill you if it means a benefit to them and they gang.

Why are you asking Tad Pole? God I pray it is ok. All I can offer is this - I go visit Felon girls aged 12 - 25 in my area. I met one that I love dearly - Angela. A major souther [LA] gang banger. She sat down at my table. Unnannouced. Just happened. We started talking. Me a skinny white girl. Her a tatted latina. Two different universes. Two different cultutres. We had 1 hour. By mistake. I told her who I was and why I was there. Then just let her speak. We struck up such a strong friendship, it blew my mind. She was a mom. I was a mom. Her tears were just as salty and as bitter as mine were. Common ground is there. Is just has to be found.
