The 3rd after your canine is your 1st adult molar. Usually comes into the mouth when you're about 6 years old. Therefore, it is often the first to be decayed because many people accidentally think it's a baby tooth and don't look after it well. It's the most commonly decayed tooth in adults.
However, this is strategically the most important tooth in your head, and if it has to be extracted, there will be sad consequences because the 2nd molar behind will often tip over into the gap, and your bite will be poor.
Please arrange to have it treated ASAP.

Get an appointment and have your tooth treated by the dentist. Do you have parents? That's who you should be talking to about this. If your parents cannot help you then talk to someone at school to get help. You need to have your tooth treated so you don't risk losing it. At 14 this is likely your 'real tooth'. See a dentist as soon as possible.
