how does acupuncture work?

Initially I misread the question. It works by stimulating nerve endings along certain lines (meridian lines) in the body. Some of these nerve endings stimulate other parts of the body, or they stimulate the production of endorphins or other hormones in the body making them work to either block out pain, increase production of some areas (increased sperm production in men) increased libido in both men and women, or produce a good feeling etc.

Yes, acupuncture works very well. It works better if the person having the acupuncture believes in it, as there is some psychological reaction that makes it work better. Some doctors say the mental aspect is 10-15% of the cure.

I have had acupuncture myself for a number of illnesses and pains and it has always worked well.

As a TV news cameraman I have covered stories of people having operations with only acupuncture anaesthesia. Similarly, I have covered stories of women giving birth, both vaginally and by caesarean, with only acupuncture anaesthesia.

We are alive because of the divine energy called VITAL ENERGY.
