I've been engaged a couple of times, but they usually ran out after that....
Everyone I know is married - and I'm beginning to think I should just accept that I'll be a spinster.
Is it too late?

Stoppit with all the nonsense! I'm 34 and have not been married . I'd love to be married and know that someday I will but I don't feel like I've missed the boat. In fact I feel like when I finally do it will last forever because I'll know who I am and be settled in that. Don't give up.

Being 35 may seem old to you, or to a 25 year old, but to any one else you are a spring chicken. Love will find you when the time is right. Start thinking like a spinster and you will morph into one.

my uncle is about 50 and getting married in 3 weeks to a 28 year old

Men are slippery creatures! Make sure you find one who is serious about commitment! Learn to cook really well! Men are men and their brains are directly connected to their tummies! It gives them another good reason to stick around! Anyone who is thin and young should not have any problems. The biggest problem is finding the right sort of guy! You are young enough to find anyone you want! Happy hunting! I hope you find one of those varmints!:)

it is not too late at all, 35 is still young.. dont give up hope, you just need to find the right person who is also ready to settle down.. and im sure u will.

Not at all. People marry at all ages. Look for mates among people who do things in which you are interested. In my case, I wanted someone of superior intelligence, so I joined Mensa and scored.

35 is young...you've got plenty of time to find yourself a hubby. for now, just enjoy being a bachelorette! love happens at any age and i'm sure it'll happen for you when you least expect it!
