The sixteen year old will not come back to you and I don't think that it would be a good idea for you to try and force her, because she's sixteen the courts allow her to decide where she wants to live, it's that simple. I'm sure that you can get the boy who molested your daughter into trouble, but as for your daughter sending nude pics, I doubt you would be able to stop your daughter, sorry..what you can do is get the male retrieving these pictures arrested and sent to jail. Your best bet would be to talk to your 16 year old daughter about it and maybe both of you can compromise on the situation, but other then that..you won't be able to get custody.

Make sure that punk gets put in jail where he belongs...13 years old or not, he doesn't deserve to be at home getting away with it. You needed to report it to the police.

I am so with you on stressing over this ..Its not me and your ex has my blood boiling , I dont know all the details but from the sound of it its not going to be too hard to prove he is unfit!!!
And as far as your daughters feeligs about everything, you are the parent for a reason and the law stands clear on giving you rights to do the right thing for their well fare So you go right ahead and pull your babies home where they willl both be safe and sound , and the will all understand later that it was all in the best intrest of the child!!
Honey Im going to bed right now and I will be saying an extra special prayed for you .. Good luck and just follow your heart ,a mothers heart is always filled with the power , the love and the knowledge to protect you children. Plus Im very sure you will have tons of surport from upstairs!!!
Much Love and Laughter to you
Good Luck

It would be best to get custody of your 16 year old, but she is old enough to determine which parent she goes to live with.
You can keep the 8 year old away from his house altogether by specifying "court supervised visitation" only, citing this whole mess. This will either force the daddy to straighten up or will simply put distance between him and his younger daughter... either is fine.

So, what's your question? Should you be trying to get full custody of both children, and have your ex husband's visitation rights revoked? ABSOLUTELY!!! I cannot believe a FATHER would allow anyone to TOUCH his daughter and not want to kill the person who hurt his daughter. I know my husband would kill anyone who hurt either of his children, and if someone molested one of our children, I don't even want to think what my husband would do to them.
