THIS DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF FILLING IT IS. GENERALLY NOT TOO MUCH IS GOING TO HAPPEN.
SEE A DENTIST A.S.A.P.YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT TOO LONG BEFORE YOU GET IT REPAIRED.

I have had a filling fall and out and just had to go back in to get another. But at the sametime it could get worse and turn into you needing a crown or root canal if you dont get it fixed. Depending on the severity of the filling and the reason it fell out. You need to see your dentist.

Fillings sometimes fall out due to deeper decay of the tooth. There are products available at the pharmacy that can be used to temporarily fill a tooth until you can get to the dentist.

Your dentist probably didn't do a very good job of filling them in in the first place, so make an appointment asap to correct it.

Go straight back to the dentist - you DO NOT want to run around with an opening to your root canal - if it's still there - food particles get caught/stuck in it and say HELLO to major infection. Go fix it - SERIOUS

well for one... you'll know when your filling has fallen out cuz if you eat/drink something hot then go to cold you mouth will throb, but then you just go get it replaced. No biggie.

You get tooth decay which could lead to gingivitis and other really nasty stuff. You eventually will have to get a root canal if you don't get it fixed.

So go get it fixed.
