Technically, anyone can have sex, it's only the matter of can she get pregnant or not. Usually a girl under age 10 is UNABLE to get pregnant and almost all girls over age 12 today are in their puberties.

But the mind of young people are usually not developed enough to tell rights from wrongs until age 18, and people who have sex under 18 often find depression in their future lives.

I say too young is from 1 to 16. I mean the hymen indeed has to be broken to become a nonvirgin. And hence the dating laws are the way they are. I mean at 16 your body has matured enough, on a puberty level. And as we know the body's reproductive organs are fully matured by then, so they are more capable of reproduction. Though that is true, the child is still too young, hence being 18 is the age of adulthood, because all of the body itself is completed growing, from bones, to muscles. So that is my answer. Any age from babies to consenting age.

There is no specific age, but do note that if a woman/girl gets pregnant, chances are that her developmental stages might be affected by competition of nutrients by both woman/girl and foetus for their own growth.

Also, she may not be emotionally/mentally/psychologically well-equipped for pregnancy yet, in the event that it happens (we cannot say that protection is 100% certain after all).

Hence, when a girl is undergoing the stages of puberty (and not yet to maturity), it is really better for her not to have sex.

Biology does not follow legislation or morals of men.Male and females are built to reproduce at similar ages. That being said, civilized modern societies protect vulnerable young females from stronger, aggressive and many times older predatory males. The body is ready before the mind or heart.Wait as long as possible and your life will be better for it.Good Luck on your report.

That age can range from 30's to 80's. It depends on the individuals personal condition and/or desire. For most, who are physically unable, it comes as a result of menopause or hysterectomy or long periods of abstinence.

Well if its for a paper or something I think 13 or 14 to be able to have sex but if you're asking about how old you should be until you should have sex....then I personally think 17ish.

I say 17ish because thats usually when you're mature enough do love. And you shouldn't have sex until you're in love.
