Hope you have gone to the doctor by now, it is 2 hrs since you posted. If you haven't, well go at once, if possible call someone to be with you, do not drive if you are feeling faint.

Have you had an ache in your back at all? I had a similar problem last year: went to the loo, and nearly fainted. I also had a pain in my back in the kidney areas.

You could have a mild kidney infection. But calling your doctor would be advisable.

It could be many things...something similar has happened to me ( except i haven't actually fainted, just felt extremely dizzy), and i had a lot of people telling me that it could be diabetes and stuff.
I asked my friends if something like that happened to them and surprisingly it had happened to many of them.
I read a column about it in a magazine and usually ( NOT all the time), it is when you get up too fast and all the oxygen or blood or something rushes from your brain ...
Hope it is only this, not something more serious....good luck :)

If he/she recommends a colonoscopy get it accomplished - it fairly sounds worse than it rather is. The prep is annoying however the technique is rapid and painless and can grant a lot of clever guidance.

it could be many different things..

what other symptoms do you have besides feeling faint?

are you shaking, sweating and feeling very hungry? those are signs of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)... drink a fruit juice if so..

it could be low blood pressure.. if you get up too fast from a lying down position... it is quite common.

it could be your heart that is not pumping enough blood...

the list is really endless..

if this continues, I would certainly see the doctor.

This could be caused by lots of things, some of them serious and some of them not serious at all. In the morning, call your doctor and make an appointment to get checked out.

It's hard to say, but you need to go to the doctor. It could be low blood pressure or several different things. One thing's for sure, though, it should be evaluated by a doctor.
