I am 13, turning 14 soon. I am overweight and have man boobs. I am very embarrassed by them and tend to hunch over to hide them. This is very bad for my back and I need to get rid of my man boobs. I have a large body build and feel I could have a really nice buff figure if i worked out. I am trying to get a weight lifting machine thing, not exactly sure of the name of those. I'm hoping that would help me become stronger, lose fat, and get rid of these annoying man boobs. Does anyone have any opinions on how to get rid of them AND become more muscular at the same time? Are there any exercises I could do with a weight lifting machine that would help me? I can barely do a push-up... Pathetic, I know. So, I was looking for an alternative?

At your age it might take years for your chemical makeup to kick in and I doubt if your parents would permit liposuction.
But bench presses curls running and a high fiber diet may do the trick . Your hormonal balance may be more than you can counter but a competent Dr. should no what you need if you are deficient for some medical reason . See the family physician and by all means bring it up to him as he might not offer his expertise otherwise.

Buddy, first of all don't be embarrassed, it happens to the best of us. You should really think about checking out places like http://www.fitnesscamps.net/ or typing in google search terms like weight loss camp for kids, and try it out. I know these places get a bad rap as being for extremely big individuals but that's not the case. You shouldn't feel weird or bad about bettering your life. so i say you should check it out, learn a thing or two about nutrition like the stuff they preach at most of these places, and then reap the benefits. I know high school can be tough buddy, but don't worry about it, you'll se sooner than later. When i was 14 I ran a 9 minute mile. Actually a 9:07 mile and by the time i was a junior, I was running a 5:15 mile. Big difference eh? Good things are in your future, and you should be proud of realizing that you want to change. And go for it man. Good luck on your quest!

www.iwantsixpackabs.com.....give it a try, you wont be dissapointed, seriously, that guy before me is just trying to sell you some crap that will make you lose weight, however, your body will become dependent on them so as soon as you stop taking them or accidentally skip a pill ANYTHING will make you gain that body fat back, even "healthy" foods...so your best bet is say no to drugs, pills, capsules, none of that crap....follow the FREE intructions on the website i provided and you shouldnt be unsatisfied...now, becasue this is a REAL program and not a scam its going to take some time to lose all of that body fat while achieving that body you seek so much..but trust me, its worth the struggle..you also have to make a concious effort to change your diet habits and mannerisms...this will break or make your excercise program, really...so put down the soda, candy, white bread, many sweets, fried foods, etc. and trade these in for either broiled, baked, or grilled foods...also, get to liking fish and chicken, they will be your best friends throughout this program..If you stick to it and see out the challenges the results will be AMAZING I guarantee it man, seriously...well, hope i helped, any questions, let me know...good luck
