Fat weighs as much as muscle, so you will not lose weight by building muscle, (well eventually you will, but after a while) but that is good because you will be losing inches and that is what counts. Eat lean meat, fruits and veggies. Celery is good because since it is hard to digest, it is actually negative calories because your body burns calories to digest it. Just eat healthy and workout.
Good Luck!

The best way is the Lemon Detox diet for about 1-2 weeks. You have nothing but the juice of half a lemon, a dash of 100% organic maple syrup and small dash of cayenne pepper mixed with a glass of spring water every 30 minutes or whenever you feel hungry. I usually mix a big batch in a 2 litre bottle for work. This makes you feel really good and not tired or hungy at all after 2 days. You should lose around 1 kilo a day, more if you exercise although I don't recommend that you exercise while on this diet. Beyonce lost 10 kilos in 2 weeks on this diet. After 2 weeks, just eat a normal healthy diet and exercise at least 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes.

Getting skinny may not always be healthy . But if you are fixed on the idea get ready to go hungry often till you acquire the desired state and instead of so much exercise which is healthy, read a lot . It's sentient and as you atrophy from lack of properly needed exercise and calories you will get skinny . then you can go to a competent physician to help you deal with the damages . Don't stop drinking water or you will die and hydration shouldn't make you gain any permanant weight.
Sorry for the bad advice but that's what you wanted and I doubt if you would see a therapists anyway.

This concerns me. Why are you trying to get skinny? If you are still growing you need to eat regular healthy meals or you won't develop properly. Just eat healthy, regular meals, it's ok if you eat when you are hungry, it's better, and do some regular exercise, 20 minutes a day is the recommended amount by doctors, this will keep you fit and you won't be tempted to start doing some silly crash dieting. Hope this helps.

thats a tough question concidering everyone s body and metabolism is diffrent but as long as you're gettin all the stuff your body needs you should be fine....it's actualy encouraged to eat more meals a day but only very small ones that way your body keeps trying to get mroe and more and the second that small meal is digested u start burning fat...also remember not to ever do it and stay healthy & that the less you eat the more you have to stick to a healthy foods so you're getting everything you need...good excercise is always good to & that as well dont ever do just as much as your body allows dont go half dead on the treadmill when your muscles are telling you that they cant any more than stop

if you substitute breakfast and lunch for a low calorie diet shake(slim fast) with a small snack before a sensible dinner (fruit) and you hit the treadmill everyday for about 30 minutes you could lose anywhere from 6 to 7 pounds in a month as long as you follow a strict diet and drink plenty of water.

Honestly, it's better for your body to have a consistent and regular intake. Try eating several, smaller meals throughout the day (most recommend 5 or 6). Don't snack in between the scheduled meals, and keep up with the exercises. I have been working on this, and it is helping me a ton.

You should think about going to a weight loss type of boot camp like the ones on http://www.fitnesscamps.net/ I went to a camp and in addition to losing more than 30 lbs in less than a month, I learned an amazing amount of nutritional information that i rely on whenever i have doubts. At least it helps to answer these questions! hehe.. Good luck.

If you do this, make sure you recognize when you're hungry. I know that sounds really silly, but some people really can't tell. Make sure you stay well hydrated in any case. And because I don't know your weight now or how well you'll follow through with this, I have no idea how successful you might be.
