Is not a crime.If someone can't get something, I think is the last resort.After all, perhaps is not his fault.Let me tell ya, in Germany is very common for a guy take a look at the windows and pick the girl and have sex. The government regulate that business and everybody is happy.Here, we have a lot of politicians who pay in private. Shame and sad.
