Yes, a trouble some relationship is a great stresser. I never know what kind of mood my spouse is going to be in or what 's gonna set him off, so i stay stressed out.
i try to keep the peace , bu t every once & a while i have to blow off fsome steam !
i try to walk, & to pray & give it to God, but it is easier said than done, some times, if your not committed to that person, it's best to move on. or figure out some compromise that you both can live with.
we go to a counseler once a month & just talk & that helps,we can both let out steam w/out tearing each other up, emotionally.
it's tough,
good luck &
God bless us all,

Your question is rather vague - its hard to know what to say to help you.
Are you married or living with a partner?
Do you have children?
How does your stress manifest itself?
When do you feel most stressed?
All of us have stress in our lives - this is what keeps us from staying in bed all day and forces us to get up and confront the world. However, if your stress levels are impacting on your physical or mental well-being or are affecting your relationships then it may be time to seek professional help.
Kind regards,

As you don't realize it, it really does. You just deny the fact that it doesn't add stress which in fact, it is most of it. Write down what you THINK is giving you stress and write some solutions.
P.S. I think you'll want to end that relationship ASAP!
