i never met my granfather & my uncle [his son ]asked me if i love him i ddnt say anything....he felt bad but wat can i do

Just because you are blood relatives with someone doesn't automatically mean there is love present. If you didn't know the man, you didn't know him and it's hard to love someone you don't know. Instead of saying nothing, a better response would have been that you didn't know him.
You shouldn't feel bad about your feelings. Heck, I know my grandmother and I do not love her. I used to feel bad about that but now I know that just because she is my grandmother doesn't mean I have to love her especially when her actions show no love toward me.

Tell him the truth. You don't feel anything for the man because you've never met him. Perhaps if and when you meet him...

there may be a reason that you never met them. so don't feel bad if you don't love them, just tell them that u never really knew them to love them.
