It sounds like an eye infection. It is common, but you need to take them to the vet. He can give you antibiotics for the eye, and treat them for fleas. I would NOT give them anything for the fleas over the counter! They are too young for anything sold in stores. Sorry

Take these kittens to a vet asap. The fleas can be treated with Frontline spray, which is safe and effective for use on pups and kittens from 2 days of age - about the only product that is.

The pus coming from the eyes is bad news however - it's very likely to be a dangerous virus rather than just an eye infection. The kittens are young and should not be away from their mother yet - at this age and in this condition, they're unlikely to survive without medical intervention.

When "goop" comes out of a cats eyes, it may be due to an upper respiratory infection, or a cold. Use a warm, wet wash cloth or paper towel to remove the discharge. All the kittens will need antibiotics from a vet... and also possible worming shots, most wild kittens have worms--it's normal.

For the fleas,s ee if you can use a flea comb and kill the fleas in alchohol or warm water (so as not to burn the kittens' skin). The fleas will suck a lot of blood out if not removed and that causes anemia so they must be dealt with.

The vet will give you more information. Good luck!

For the fleas try to bathe them in a very lukewarm bath with some Dawn dish soap, it is very mild and safe on kittens. Get a flea comb from the store it should only be a few dollars and brush their fur once it is dry.
If they have puss coming out of their eyes they are sick and need a vet. Get them to the vet and have them examined. If you can't afford it then drop the cats off at a rescue or shelter. They need to be taken care of.

Wipe w/a warm soft wet cloth around those eyes...try to keep tear duct clear so they can secrete as needed.......if stuff is green it's prob. infected & needs to go to a vet....you can use flea stuff but dilute it down to about 1/3 strength and just rub a little around their necks to help keep the fleas away from ears & eyes...no baths yet...good healthy food, lot's of love & warm beds will go a long way to their survival.
