Why do you need the email address? You can't send your return by email.
It can be sent by mail or filed online using tax filing software. You may be eligible for filing online for free. Go to
http://www.irs.gov and click e-file.

individuals at IRS have email addresses. There is nothing for you to email.

There isn't one. You can't e-mail a tax return anyway so it wouldn't be of any use even if there was one. You have to snail mail it in now. It's now too late to e-file.
