How do I tell her not to bring him by my house anymore? In a polite way?

He might have athlete's foot or some kind of infection that is causing the smell. Either way, you can simply tell your cousin, "I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I'd rather that you didn't bring John by the house anymore. We'd love to have you visit by yourself."

Despite the fact that I like cheetos, I get your drift that this guy's feet are pretty stinky. There's really no polite way of telling someone their feet smell. Sometimes it's easier to make a more direct tactic and just say to your cousin that the smell of her boyfriend's feet is really disgusting. If it bothers you, it probably bothers her too. Get her to encourage him to have a pedicure to get all that smelly dead skin off, and to buy some new shoes.

Is it YOUR house, or your parents house? You sound like a brat, not an adult.
