Tell him no? Say you don't want your guys relationship to be the outcome of your job especially if things don't work out.

I'm sure all the other women have had that happen. Try to talk with them. Don't mention that he asked you, in case one of them hasn't and gets offended, but just ask if any of the other girls had been asked that.
Don't be rude to him, make an excuse like you are abstinent or something, and if he fires you for it make sure you have substantial evidence and take his butt to court!

What I wanna know is how old you are. If you're under 18...that guy is messed in the head and you should report him if he keeps on trying.
Don't be afraid to approach other agencies!

Pretend that he is joking and laugh it off.
If he persues your, remind him that there are DOL/EEOC laws against that... it is called harassment... and you WILL report him to the HR department, followed by filing a formal complaint with the EEOC.
