I have a steady job, I am a reliable employee with few absences, I pay my bills, don't cheat on my partner, take the pets to the vet regularly. No arrests, no driving violtions. Am I an anomaly, shouldn't I be out robbing 7/11s, doing drugs or stripping somewhere?

Liberals hate folks like you. . .

How dare you make something of your life without their "help".

Now, be a good deviant, and go rob a 7/11.

Seriously, Congrats and "attaboys" to you. A few more like you and I could be out of a job.

No your not an anomaly. The other people that are out robbing the 7/11 just like to blame what they do on other people because they have a problem accepting responsibility for their actions.

It is because you wanted better for yourself and you worked hard and became a productive member of society.

Its amazing how things work out when you take responsibility for your life, uh?

Its much better than sitting under a tree all day drinking beer talking about how the man is holding you down and that you ain't working for no chump change.

Ignorance, laziness and lack of education is what breeds criminal activities... NOT SOCIETY FAILING SOME ONE. It is NOT societies fault some punk robs a little old lady or shoots and kills some one during a drug deal.

Good for you. You are a proud and ethical person!

I'm glad to say you are not that unusual. Most people are legit. Many of those that are not need to blame someone or something else.
I know lots of people who, like you, overcame childhood adversity.
It is something to be proud of as an achievement.
Some say that doing bad is a cycle, you have broken that cycle and can give your children a leg up and changing any pattern your family had.

good for you. I am sure you are talking about how our society allows everyone to make excuses for their crimes and their actions.

I agree the "my father didn't hug me" Is not an excuse to rob people, to molest children, To do drugs or anything else.

We need to go back to taking the fualt for our actions. I grew up without a father. He just left never bothered to see me. It didnt give me a right to act out and when I becamse an adult I was old enough to make choices for myself.

You are not an anomoly its just thet people have found out if they blame their childhood for their current actions they can get away with it.

Hey, not everyone who had a tough childhood turns out to be a scumbag. Most overcome their past and are responsible citizens. Of course, there are those who don't as well.

Glad you're one of the good guys
