Bully is correct. I did crest white strips but my teeth are more sensitive to hot and cold items. Sometimes I feel a "sharp pain."
The good part is, Crest White strips make your teeth whiter for about a year.

my dentist told me that that was the reason that my teeth had become so much more sensitive. Also you swallow alot of that gel that is in the strips and he told me that that stuff is really bad for the soft pallet in the back of your throat and could cause irritations. So I have refrained from using them since I talked to him and have started using Listerene whiteing mouthwash at night. Its really really good stuff and I can tell a difference!

I have used them several times. I am pleased with the results. My teeth are noticeably whiter after using them. But the big draw back is they made my teeth very sensitive to hot and cold. Especially my front top teeth.

They do whiten but the strip is slimie when you take them off

positive effects- healthy white teeth
negative effects-a bad taste if you dont like mint!:)
