I'm an agnostic about my belief that there is no god in exactly the same sense that I'm an agnostic in my belief that there are no polka-dotted chimpanzees dancing on my head at this moment, and of course for exactly the same reason.
If you want to call that "agnostic", fine.
I don't. I know there are no gods/polka-dotted chimpanzees dancing on my head. If some evidence to the contrary comes in, I'll consider it, but that doesn't mean I'm going to treat those beliefs differently from how I treat other beliefs. Why should belief in god get special treatment?

It's not a matter of proof. It's a matter of what evidence there is for either claim.
On one side, you have tons of evidence that each religion is ultimately man-made. You have the evidnece of their "holy" text and their various claims, which can be shown false. You also have human nature which explains our tendency to make up and strongly believe in superstitions, myths, and urban legends.
On the other side, you have claims of "feeling" god's presence, and other anecdotal "evidence". That's fairly weak.
When you say we're "really all agnostics", you imply that each side has an equal claim. That's simply not true. There is much more evidence that gods don't exist than do. The claims of any god's existence are weak, at best.

Whether we're all agnostic depends on what you mean by "know." The traditional definition of knowledge is "justified true belief." So knowledge doesn't require that you are so certain that it's impossible for you to be wrong. So no, I don't think we are all agnostics.

I've already accepted that I'm an atheistic agnostic. I'm pretty certain that there's no God though, so I just call myself an atheist, "atheistic agnostic" tends to confuse people. But you have a good point.

Agnosticism is the view that the existence of God is impossible to be known or proven. The word “agnostic” essential means “without knowledge.” Agnosticism is a more intellectually honest form of atheism. Atheism claims that God does not exist – an improvable position. Agnosticism argues that God’s existence cannot be proven or unproven – that it is impossible to know whether God exists. In this concept, agnosticism is correct. God’s existence cannot be empirically proven or disproven.

I know that my redeemer lives, and that one day i will see Him face to face- Faith in God gives us the proof that we need. God is the one that sought me out first- so my faith in the fact that one day I will see Him face to face, and that gives me the courage to continue in my faith, even when life throws me things I would much rather not have in my life.

God has all power.
God even has the power to communicate with us!
It is called the principle of "Revelation"
God wants to show people He is real...(ex: Matt. 7:7 Ask and ye shall receive)(James 1:5 If any one lack wisdom let them ask of God...)
But God will not FORCE anyone to know...we are FREE to ask and know OR not....
But once God does reveal Himself to you...then you KNOW....its not about faith after that...you can really KNOW He is real.
I know that God is real and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified for the sins of the world...
God revealed it to me (not of any worthiness of myself...because I was unworthy)...but God is no respecter of persons...and anyone can know!
ask God!

A few years ago I would agree with you but since then what God has done in my life, I could never say that I don't know if there is or isn't a God.
