If a regular bottle of water has no nutritional facts why is there the nutritional chart on the back?

It is required by law, since it is foodstuff. Just because the numbers are zero doesn't mean they don't have to properly label their products.

Any food or drink have to be label with nutritional facts for ethic and safety reasons. Regardless of what that food or drink contains, which in this case would be nothing.

yeah and some water say sodium free but one of the first ingredients is some form of sodium.
