That's kind of hard, considering evidence for supernatural beings would be -- you guessed it -- evidence for supernatural beings.

Actually, in the scriptures, the 'ADVESARY' didn't have that kind of power. In the book of Job, he had to ask permission of god before even starting to mess/test Job. One should rememeber that in the OT, god was ALL-powerful, giving everything---the good and the bad.
