Well i don't think really eating right before bed is healthy.
Eat the apple around the time you eat dinner or like 1 hour before you go to sleep

but if you r like me that goes to sleep at like 11 or something because of a good reason than an apple to keep you up is a good idea but if it is RIGHT BEFORE going to sleep not a good idea
