So, do anti-depressants improve memory, focus, cognition?

Since depression can have a profound negative effect on these mental functions would anti-depressants help set things right? If not, then what will?

Sometimes but if you have inattention ADD that also has these symptoms you will need addtional meds.

Yes...but if you're not depressed, then they won't.
