If you lost 10 pounds and don't feel that you look different it can be because of a number of reasons. It could be that you have seen your self everyday so were gradually adapting to the change (not noticing) or it could be that 10 punds is a low percentage of your body weight. 10 pounds is unnoticable on most people over a certain weight. Another reason could be that you lost it in odd spots, feet and ankles, neck or back, places like that. Or it could possibly be that its your first ten pounds of weight loss, the easiest to lose (even though it seems very hard) its not all fat that you lose so its not that noticable. You are losing water or nutrients or other randoms its not as common to see them go. If you want to see the biggest change you should go for inches instead of pounds. If you lose inches (by doing alot of strength training mixed with cardio warmups) you will see the pounds easier and it is healthier. You can lose the fat without working the muscle. Hope you continue with your tremendous success!!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Like "me" said you may look the same to you but to other people you have lost 10 pounds. Since you see yourself everyday its such a gradual change you dont see a difference, but trust me if you have sincerely lost 10 pounds the change is there. And also muscle weighs more than fat, you may have gained a little muscle. But congrats on losing the weight, dont lose motivation trust the scale and keep going.

Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc. These are the fat making foods.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can be a protein drink.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.
Walking as much as you can.

that definitely happened to me...i suppose the thing was that i saw myself every day, so i didn't notice that i had lost any weight. the only way it showed was that my clothes were looser. try taking a picture of yourself from time to time, i think you'll notice more that you've lost weight.

congrats by the way! 10 pounds is awesome!

haha - You only think you look the same. I assure you - that 10 pounds had to have come from somewhere! It's hard to tell the difference especially when you see yourself everyday...

hit the gym and focus on one muscle group you want to change. if you work out 3 times a week you'll notice a change in a month or two.
