I love popcorn!
It's a great snack that's both light and filling at the same time. Plus, there are so many varieties now. My current favorite flavor is Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll. The popcorn is flavored wtih cinnamon, and comes with a packet of sweet frosting to drizzle on top.

Mel, that's my husbands name. My quick snack is a banana smoothie. If you have a blender, you put in a pack of soy chocolate banana mix, some ice, and 1% milk, and a banana, and you have a yummy healthy snack. I also mix in some strawberry soy mix too sometimes. My kids love them too.

depends: are you more into health food or does it matter?
PB on crackers is good...I actually love slices of tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with olive oil drizzled over it. Maybe some spinach dip (store bought) and pita chips.
Or go with my normal and eat Doritos...cuz I am so not into soo much health food!!
