I have change the belt on it and it stills squeaks

it is squeaking in the front of the truck I know it got to be one of the pulleys I was trying to figure out which one

If it's a squeak, it can be 1 of 2 pulleys. Take the belt off and check the tensioner pulley. With the belt removed, the spring should pull the arm down at least 2 inches past where the belt would be, and be difficult to lift by hand. If you can move it by hand, the spring is weak and the tensioner should be replaced since it can no longer keep the belt under the correct tension. If that is OK, move the tensioner pulley side to side. If there is any side movement, the bearing is worn and the pulley needs replacement. The last is the water pump. Rotate the pump manually and listen for any unusual noise, then move the pump shaft side to side. If there is any noise or movement, change the pump.

The belt needs to be changed. When they get old and cracked they will squeal.

it sounds as though the belt is not tight enough and is slipping and causing the squealing noise you are hearing

You may need a higher grade of gas.
