You must have taken her to the doctors or hospital and a complaint was filed from the doctor . You need to find out what happened to your child . There is no alleged fractures either there is or there isn't being that they took her for that reason i would say that there is . Who was around your child ? Who could have did that to her ? Do you do drugs or alcohol and don't remember . Did you have a baby sitter ? Is your spouse or friend abusing the child when your not around ? I'm just saying something happened to the child they just don't take your child with a suspicion that it has fractures they know for sure that she does . Do some investigating on your own of all the people who has been around the child 10 to 1 you have a sick person around you with out your knowledge or maybe you had fits of anger yourself

Well the first thing - has she had explained fractures? Have you taken her to the doctor because she had fallen?
How did social services discover she had multiple unexplained fractures? Do you have someone who doesn't like you who would maliciously report you?
Does she have a babysitter, a day care, or anyone else who could be responsible for her apparent injuries?
Go to court and be prepared for many uncomfortable questions. Tell the truth. If you don't know - don't guess.

Child Protective Services doesn't take children away that aren't in danger in one way or another. And by the look of some of your other questions, there was a good reason why she was removed from your care. Drugs, abuse, neglect, and endangerment are all things that your daughter should NOT be around. If she had fractures at all, especially untreated, you were NOT being a responsible parent whatsoever. If you want her back, I suggest you straighten up your act PERMANENTLY, get a lawyer, and prove yourself to the court. Also, you might want to look into parenting classes, as you obviously need them, and they will be required by the court anyway.

Well, your gonna have to be honest. How did she get those fractures? And how many times has this happened? You know they can tell if a how a fracture actaully happens. By the way its breaks. They can tell if your explaination matches the possibilities of breaking a certain bone. Clean yourself up. Get some nice clothes. Good luck. If you've been involved with the police for other things, you should know it's gonna come up in court too. So be prepared to be honest .

Where can i find a site that sells vicodin or hydrocodene without prescription and doctor notification?
How long does vicodin stay in your system?
Does the navy drug test for vicodin?
When you join the navy do they drug test you on the spot?
How often should i water my marijuana plant?
Judging by some of your questions I am guessing that you have a slight drug problem. First off, you need to seek help for that as soon as possible also any other adult that is living with you, or is around you that includes your girlfriend/wife/mother of your child, if you they are also taking drugs. Next you need to contact social services to see what classes you will need to take, such as parenting classes, job training...etc..etc.. You will also need to contact a lawyer to find out what sort of legal rights you have, or need to have to fight the state for custody of your daughter once you have completed all the necessary classes, gotten your life together..etc...
I really do wish you the best of luck! Remember though, your daughter should be the most precious thing in your life right now... not drugs, tattoos, movies, or any other interest you may have. Again good luck, and hope it works out!

You need to get yourself a lawyer who specializes in these kinds of cases pronto. Make an accurate written record of what happened between you and Child Protective Services, and what those fractures are all about. Above all, keep your cool.

Strange as it might sound, CPS is there to help you. It is their job to help you reunite with your child. They should tell you what you need to do in order to be a better parent.
You need to answer some questions yourself, for your own benefit before going to court.
1) How did your child get those fractures?
2) Did you cause them by action or neglect?
3) Have you been putting your child in danger?
4) Do you have your own issues which need to be addressed?
You may need an attorney.

I would try to get as many people as possible to come to court and speak on my behalf. It is really something you are not doing, Have people you trust vouch for you. Other than getting a good lawyer I dont know what else to tell you.

If the child was taken away there was proof of injury. More than preparing for court I'd find out who was hurting your baby. If it was you then you don't deserve your baby and hopefully you'll have a very, very tough judge.
