here's what you should do if that happens again ( would love to hear what you ended up doing....being it's now been 3 days please come back and tell us thanks)next time ..go to the ER. or call 911....he was having an allergic reaction to something.....also it would be good now if he goes to and allergist and got tested to see what all he's allergic too....and allergy shots may be good....a allergy doc will advise you though...not me...good luck and hope all turned out well.

Most people don't know that mango belongs to the same family as poison ivy. He is definitely having an allergic reaction to the mango. I would say give him Benadryl but since he is vomiting, you need to immediately take him to the emergency room.

Anytime your sick to the point your throwing up...go to the emergency room at your local hospital. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Do not wait until the situation goes from bad to worse!

Get him to the hospital now. Either he suddenly developed an allergy or the mango was sprayed with poison.

Did he rinse the fruit? He could be allergic to the chemical sprayed on it for a insecticide. Get him to the emergency room, especially if he has problems with his throat, itching and swelling, could cut off his oxygen supply!

Itiching is the first sign of a allergic reaction you need to take him to the ER before it gets worse. it could go into a full anaphylatic shock.
