Good job....you did the correct thing. It will take alittle extra effort to get you in but you need to be sure to take care of yourself.
There should not be any problems getting you in the military unless the Navy really doesnt need you.

When it comes down to it you most definately did the right thing by being honest. If you are having conflicts with your recruiter and are no longer comfortable with him then it is always your right to request a different recruiter to handle your enlistment. They don't like it because they have to meet a quota. But, bottom line, who cares. This is your life you are dealing with not theirs. Do what is right for you, always.

I did the same thing when I when in regarding traffic tickets that ended up putting me on hold. I served 9 years. You did the right thing. The recruiter just wants you as a number. Trust me, bootcamp is not the place you want to be sick. You also don't want to get there and have them discover you lied, because they can kick you out and that would not be good for you.

Yes, you did the right thing, we are wasting huge money on soldiers who never should have gone in in the very first place. We don't have time right now for medical cases, and it's not my intent to insult you AT ALL, it's just that we are in a war and will be for some time.

You did the right thing - while he was probably just trying to safe himself some paperwork he should never have told you that . They would have found eventually and then you would have had a bigger headache on medical paperwork/other issues with your career - you could never have proven he told you to lie.
Honesty is never wrong!

Telling the truth was the correct thing to do. Some recruiters are lower than the lowest used car salesmen.

Honesty is always the best policy if you ask me. By chance if you would have made it through and they found out it could have messed up your military career. Some recruiters are lazy and doing extra paperwork sucks but that is their job so he will be alright.

You should have told. If you get caught lying you get into trouble. My son just joined the Army and they told him it was two years in prison. Not worth lying over.
