Wow.. you would go and spread an illness to others and make them feel as crappy as you do right now? What ever happened to love your brother as yourself? How would you feel towards someone who exposed you to this same germ, knowing they were contagious and doing it anyway?

If you are sick and you go into the woods and work, you'll feel worse. Exertion could make your illness worse. You won't enjoy, anyway. It is better to rest at home for a day or two. If you are feeling o.k. in the morning, then take Tylenol, put some cough drops in your pocket and go. If you take cough syrup, do not take one with an antihistamine, as that will make you sleepy. Good luck!

I wouldn't suggest hiding it. Sometimes treating it quickly can have quick results (Even overnight).
If you have a soar throat, make sure it isn't strep throat. Look in the mirror and say "Ah" and check for red splotches on the back of your throat. If there are any, then tell someone. Leaving it untreated can lead to bad things.
If you still think it's a small illness, then drink fluids, no soda. Try orange juice, cranberry juice, or something similar. But make sure that it's true fruit juice and not from concentrate or containing high fructose syrup.
Also, pray about it. God can help cure it so you don't have to hide it.

Sure, don't tell mom. Go off in the woods someplace, and after you have exposed and infected all your friends, you can collapse with a massive infection of some kind. They call the ambulance in a panic, which takes you to a strange hospital far from home. They call your mom to tell her you have been admitted. Then she gets to make the drive sick with worry, nutty out of her skull. And when you get better, if you get better- then you can face the consequences of it. I don't know what your friends will do when they discover you shared your disease with them, but I'm sure you won't be the most popular camper when they do. Get a grip here. Do yourself, your friends and you mom a favor. Tell you mom, stay home and get better, and save them all a lot of trouble. It's only more blessed to give than to recieve when you AREN'T talking about diseases.

According to other quesitons you have asked you have been sick on and off for six weeks now. I think its time you stopped acting like a child and told your mother and had a doctor check you out.
Putting one over on your mother like this, is not a mature thing to do, it doesnt prove you are tough, it just proves you are not very grown up.
If you went on this trip you would end up ruining it for everyone.
Seeing as its been six weeks you could very well have toxic shock syndrome and that is very seious.
All your questions seem to be about being sick, except for asking how to fake being stoned, so either you have been ill for awhile or you are a hypochondriac, if you are genuinely ill see a doctor.

ok, i feel your pain, stuff liek this happens to me all the time. Just tell your mom you feel a little under the weather but you really want to go to the trip. Ask her if you can take any medication to treat it. IF it's really bad i would say stay home, i know not really helping, but if you do go and other people get sick, in no time we'll have an epidemic on our hands in no time.

If you're this sick, you shouldn't be going anywhere. You should be staying home with chicken soup, hot lemon and honey, and a pillow under your head. I don't think your friends want to catch whatever you've got.
Feel better.
