well it all started out by accident when she was on his sn on accident and we started talking. then we got like really close and started to hang out and such. my best friend isnt much of a fan of us talking. but i know she likes me because of her actions and everyone has told me. we are like a match, and even everyone of her and my friends have said it. but i dont think he will like let it happen. how do i talk to him about it to convince him to let it happen?

Just tell him how you feel. Tell him that you think you and his sister should try to date each other to see where it goes from there. If he objects, you should probably respect his wishes and admire her from afar. If you do start dating her, don't forget about your friend - he was there first and deserves a ton of respect for not standing in your way.

Do it gently. Assure him that you'd never intentionally hurt her, make sure he knows that. If he's still not okay with it, don't sneak around behind his back. When he inevitably finds out, he'll kill you both. Just let things happen. If he doesn't want you to be together, just let him see how much you want to be together. If he's a good friend and brother, he'll eventually come around.

Just convince him that it's better for you to be dating her than someone else - could be a creep or jerk he doesn't know as well.
