She's been mouthing off all week and annoying her brother and I've warned her so many times she'll get a spanking and she still doesn't listen. How should I spank her?

I've tried grounding and removing priveledges but she just doesn't get it . . . spanking is the only effective way to get through to my kids.

I really need to get through to her so it needs to hurt because otherwise she'll act out again and again and again just because she can.

Well number one thing is to not be angry during the act of spanking. As to how, I recommend only using your hand and only spanking her bottom. I also recommend doing so on the bare bottom (yes it does work much better this way, with less chance of going to far) Give her at least 8, but no more then 16 depending on what she's done. Afterwords you need to have a long talk about listening and following rules. Reassure her that you love her and are doing this in her best interest.
Just remember don't spank in anger.

Swatting and spanking should be the last resort, not the first. It may be time for a good swift swat to let the little rebel know that you can still pull the rug. Ask your child once and, if the child fails to listen then follow through with discipline (not punishment).

You should first warn her that if she continues that behaviour she will get a spanking. Next if she does it again i would tell her to go to her room and get ready for a spanking(which means to take her pants and under ware off and i will be up in a minute.) Then go up and spank her 1 spank per age. After that i would get a hair bush of something and spank her 2x her age then tell her you love her. let her stay in her room tell she stops crying. Either keep your promise to spank or else stop promising it. Obviously "spanking" doesn't work ... at least not the unfulfilled promise of it doesn.t.

At 8 she knows that her behavior is unacceptable. You have already warned her and she continues to act up?
Take her to her bedroom, pull her pants and panties down, put her over her lap and give her a good solid hand-spanking on her bare bottom.

i am 16 and got into BIG trouble about two months ago and my stepmom spanked me. It was only the second time since i was 12 that i had been spanked. i told her i was to old to be spanked, and she told me that if i was going to act like a child then i would be punished like one. my stepmom and me have talked about it since, and tho she is still disappointed in me, she said that she never wants to punish me that way but if i chose to act the way i had chosen to, then it deserved a good old fashioned spanking. i just try to stay in her good graces, cause being whipped at 16 is embarrassing even if no one knows about it.

after giving her multiple warnings its ok to spank her. put her on your lap and remover her pants and pantys (optional) and spank her bum according to how old she is say example shes 8 then 8 spanks if she continues you can use a hairbrush or a wooden spoon.

i am 12 and my dad dose this.
he tell mt to go to my room and think about y i am getting spanked.
next he tells me to pull down my pants and underwear
then he spanks my but 12 (1 per how old i am)
then he walks away and gives me some time think about the spanking
then he comes back in and we hug and talk and i still love my dad and i think it shows he cares about me

she gonna fight you if you try to whip her knowingly, might sound evil to some of you people but surprise her a$$ with a good pop on the butt and when she acts surprised,(she knows what its for!) Just tell her you've been warned! Especially if she doesnt really think your gonna do it, but dont try to knock her out of her socks. If you keep yelling empty warnings she is gonna run all over you.
