I think a good blend of the freshest Yorkshire and Lady Grey tea's to give that full bodied flavour together with an essence of citron. This should add to the splendid taste of the fresh cucumber sandwiches unencumbered by skin and crusts...

That sounded like a british person speaking, except for the fact that you used the word patie taher than: "Garden" "Mew" "Trellis" or "Cafe in Upper Darby.
