I havent ate or drank anything since 11:00 last night. Its around
6:10 now.
What should I eat?
On the paper it says no rinsing for 2 hours? So that means like no liquids for 24 hours?

You can eat just try not to swish around like the one person said. BE CAREFUL WITH TEMP. THOUGH lukewarm things are best for now, when I got mine out I became sensitive to hot and cold but that passed after the first week.

If your face is still numb from local anesthesia, either don't eat, or wear some sort of apron to keep from making a mess.
Smoothies are good, as long as you don't use straws.
Hm... basically, mashed potatoes and applesauce. But what I liked the best was steamed egg. It tends to help get rid of the taste of blood in your mouth.
Not sure if people know how to make steamed egg, so...
Beat 3 eggs and add a roughly equal amount of hot water, plus salt or whatever. Mix it really well, and microwave it for 3 minutes. If you don't mix it well enough or if you cook it too long, it'll splatter like mad in the microwave.
Let stuff cool before you eat it. That's another think I like about steamed egg; it's good cold.
After a few days, maybe soft bread or overcooked pasta.

Your dentist should have thoroughly informed you about this. You can drink water or juice now, but not through a straw, which may cause the blood clot over the now-missing teeth to come out and start bleeding again. Eat only soft foods that need little to no chewing, and have no hard edges to poke you in the sore gums.

Baby food is okay, Vienna sausages, puddings, macaroni and cheese (not baked, though,) mashed fruit, over-cooked vegetables that you mash, and other things like that.

I lived on milkshakes (spoon, no straws). Also soups. You can get away with most "soft" items, like applesauce, jell-o that doesn't require much chewing. I had to say goodbye to seeds, popcorn, nuts, stuff like that for a month!

You can rinse out your mouth....just no hard swishing.

I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at one time a few years ago....good luck!

you can drink water and well what ever you want to drink really. Its been long enough, just dont drink with a straw or spit. I had mine done a couple days ago. Also you can eat stuff like jello, applesauce, mushy stuff

eat soft foods like mashed potatoes, jello, soup, etc... nothing with small, sharp particles like potato chips or seeds... you can eat and drink after an hour or so--you just cannot swish vigorously or smoke or spit forcefully; doing so might unclot the wound; good luck
