I can't speak for what Christians think, but as an atheist adult, I find that teenage atheists have a tendency to be atheist because they want to rebel against their parents or society or whatever. Teenagers love to try to be rebellious. At that age, they probably have not really put the serious thought into it yet to really believe that religion is made-up.
Of course, I've been an atheist my whole life (which means that at one point I was a teenage atheist), and I certainly wasn't trying to rebel against anything. I've always had a kind of intuitive view that religions are just made-up. And I've always been really analytical about everything and so I was able to pick apart Christian beliefs with ease from an early age. So I'm sure there are plenty of other teenage atheists like that out there. But a lot of them clearly give the impression that they're just trying to be rebellious.

The George Washington that maximum persons are familiar with from sugar coated, brainwashing historic previous classification of grade college is probable as fictional as God is. the only difference is that George Washington surely did exist and his portrayal to us is probably an embellishment of a real historic parent. God on the different hand became into made as much as interchange assorted gods which in turn have been made as much as clarify the wonders of life and the international that folk ought to no longer understand. possibly it would be greater precise to learn Jesus Christ and George Washington than that's to learn him with God. Jesus probable existed basically like George Washington did. the two of their thoughts are additionally probable rather off from actuality. God exists interior the comparable way love or happiness exists: as an abstraction. it relatively is all on your head... and definite, i know it relatively is sufficient to make some thing seem rather rattling authentic.

They are supposed to think that they are innocents who just need guidance. and enfld them with tolerance patience and other such things.
If Christianity did that then there would not be Heathen faiths. Atheism, Pagan Faiths....etc.
I mean not currently.
Sadly I doubt that is accurate to what happens. I am happy to say that my GF feels that way.

It just means that you swallowed what you were taught hook-line-&-sinker without ever exploring any other possibilities.
Do not believe everything you hear at school. You have an enemy that wants you to keep on thinking the way you do now. Beware.

It depends, but we do not think any less of them because they do not believe in God. When the time comes, they will find God and feel blessed. As Christians we want to be friendly but don't want to influence them one way or another but only to help them when they are looking for spiritual guidance.

As teenaged Christians have been brainwashed by their parents and church, it is good to see that some have broken the mold and learned to think for themselves.

Like all teenagers they tend to be close-minded and believe they know everything and what is right. Many are simply slaves to trends and evolution and atheism are two big ones today.
