I hope this makes you laugh.
A woman and a man wanted to have a baby, so they went to the doctor to see if there was a way. When the doctor came in, told them about a new study that transfers all the pain from the mother to the father during delivery. They both agreed to take part in the study. Later, when the woman went into labor, her husband was hooked up to the device to transfer the pain. After it was hooked up the doctor turned on the power. The man didn't feel anything so he told the doctor to turn the power up. After the power was turned up the man still couldn't feel anything. The doctor turned it up more. The man still couldn't feel it. Finally, the doctor turned it up the whole way. The woman delivered a beautiful baby, and neither of them felt any pain.
When they got home, the mailman was dead on the doorstep

You should talk to a Doctor and also a therapist who cab help you to deal with your depression. Your depression may only be temporary so please don't give up. Get some help.
I have anxiety and depression and have been trying an alternative therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique and it has really worked for me and helped me a lot. Since using it I have been feeling a lot better. It's very good at getting rid of all kinds of negative emotions and dealing with all kinds of issues quickly. It does sound bizarre but does work. Might be something that can help you.

Plz plz do not hurt yourself. The people who know you and love you would forever be hurt and would never get over it. I have suffered from severe depression at one time myself. I had thoughts of suicide, thought everybody and the world would be better off with out me and I didn't want the emotional pain to keep on... But you don't realize it, but you are thinking on a differnt level that keeps you from seeing things realistically. When I found out how much it would hurt the people who loved me for me to do away with myself, I changed my way of thinking. I could never do that to the people that love me. You need help, a teacher, a pastor or the Dr. or an Aunt or mom or dad. Someone who will take you seriously.Their is nothing to be ashamed of anymore with depression. This is if it's clinical depression ..It is actually a chemical imbalance in the brain. It has a physical reason. There are medicines that can help but sometimes it takes a while to find the right medicine and the right dosage. Sometimes you also mite need someone you trust to talk to for awhile too along with the meds. A counsellor. Someone to help you sort out your feelings and deal with them in a more positive way. If your depression is from the loss of someone you loved or a change in your life you are having a hard time dealing with, then you may still need meds but I think you need a support system very badly. You still need to see a Dr. but you will need that someone to talk to even more...Belive me, there are so many people who want to help you. People that can understand you are hurting...and try to help you deal with it. Sometimes writing in a journal, can help, put down how you are feeling, pour out your hurt and pain. Find an adult friend, let them know how badly you are hurting...reach out for help, don't hold it all inside and keep on a downward spiral. You have to take the 1st step, please please do it and you will be that much closer to feeling better. YOU CAN GET BETTER. God Bless you and wishing you a happy future

My partner felt depressed once, so opted to give the general allurement, and took off all my clothes, and began creeping up the stairs. I'd had so much to drink however, that when i reached the top and was about to ask what was thought of this, i found out i was on the number seven bus from Croydon!

Hi, sorry that you are feeling so down, it can be worst at night time, I know, when you are all alone. Here's a link that will give you some fun stuff to look at, and hopefully make you laugh:
http://www.funny-videos.co.uk/
Hopefully it will take your mind off how you are feeling for a while and give you something else to concentrate on.
These links to the Mind website may prove useful to help you with your depression:
How to cope with suicidal feelings:
http://www.mind.org.uk/Information/Booklets/How+to/How+to+cope+with+suicidal+feelings.htm
Understanding depression:
http://www.mind.org.uk/Information/Booklets/Understanding/Understanding+depression.htm
the information is easy to read and understand and will offer you some practical tips on how to cope.
If you are feeling that you are in danger of hurting yourself please contact someone as soon as you can -
Samaritans - 08457 90 90 90
NHS Direct - 0845 46 47
or go to the Accident & Emergency department of your local hospital. Someone will be available who can help you.
It would be a good idea to make an urgent appointment with your Dr tomorrow, go and tell him/her how you are feeling, they won't judge you and they are there to help. If you find it difficult then write down how you feel and what your worst fears are, then you can hand it over for them to read.
Another suggestion would be to find your local mental health charity:
http://www.mind.org.uk/Mind+in+your+area/
they are easy to access and it only takes a phone call.
It may also help you to know that they are much less formal than the health services. They deal with all kinds of mental ill health and they can offer you support and information. They are friendly, honest and caring and they will be able to help you.
Please get the help and support that you need and deserve, it is available if you know where to look for it.
Hang on in there tonight.
Hope this helps.

Are we in port yet sir?
No, we are still up to our knees in wine.
A depressed person walked into a bar, and ordered a drink. The barman asked if it was for drowning sorrows. No, replied the depressed person, I'm teaching them how to swim.
Patient: Doctor, doctor, I feel down whenever I go to bed.
Doctor: Don't sleep on feathers then, it's a quilt complex.

Go outside and go for a long walk with your ipod and favourite songs. Walk away from your home and only turn back once you have been walking at least 20 minutes. Carry on going if you can.
