If the job involves driving, obviously you can't get a job for several years. If the job doesn't involve driving it shouldn't matter quite so much, although you will have to watch out for questions on applications regarding convictions. If they ask for felony convictions you probably can dodge the bullet if this was your first conviction and didn't invlolve a fatality or serious bodily injury. If they ask about misdemeanors you'll have to come clean on it.

I wouldn't worry too much. Avoid the question and keep looking. You will find something. You won't get a driving job for two to four years but you never know. Some people just need drivers.

I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION THAT YOU ARE IN AND THEY HAVE GOTTEN WORK BUT THE TRICK IS NOT TO GIVE UP AND REMEMBER THAT SOMEONE WILL HIRE YOU.

JUST BE HONEST AND IF POSSIBLE TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF HIRING AND DON'T JUST FILL OUT PAPERWORK AND WAIT.

GOOD LUCK.
