omg, this guy was like such a perv. we were in gym for my class today, and well i was changing and he came in, i was like get out pervert! (i were in r underwear and bras) he wouldn't leave until i was screaming and the teacher came in but then he was like gone. he doesn't go to school with him.( hes in high school, and i'm in middle school) in the afternoon when i was walking home, he was coming up too me and was like u have such a hot body and was trying to touch my butt and put his arms around me. omg does he want some or something?

Report him to the police and to your Principal at your school. He already committed a crime because he is a High School student trespassing on Middle School property when he has no right to be there. He is sexually harassing you and the best thing to do is to have him thrown in jail. Bubba will teach that pervert a lesson in jail how not to harass girls. Also tell your brother about how much of a pervert he is and have your brother talk to him about what he is doing. Your brother should not be hanging out with a friend that is harassing his sister, and he should be defending your rights. That pervert is nothing but a voyeur, and if you don't report him to the the authorities he is going to just get worse until he rapes someone.

Talk to Mom & Dad. Ask them to talk to your brother, or your Dad (best) needs to have a talk with this perv's parents. Something needs be done - restraining order, if necessary. If you don't like him...if you feel uncomfortable around him...then something is WRONG. Your instinct is right. Head this guy off before he gets confidence and trys to molest or rape you. Too many young men today are acting out their fantacies and thinking that what they are doing is 'not real' and in a minute, things will go back as before. His touching your body without your permission can be considered an "ASSAULT" and charges can be brought against him, since he is so much older than you.
PS - If your brother has 'balls', he would confront his friend and lay down the law out of respect to you. If your brother turns his head and refuses to help you, your brother needs some talking to, as well. Brothers protect sisters. PERIOD!

yeah i can tell you are in middle school, and i don't think you were so freaked out it seems to me like you enjoyed because if you didn't then you wouldn't be telling your story, and ummm i think that if the teacher did make him go outthen she would have called your parents therefore they would not let your brother seem him anymore so i think you are safe, but i think he does want some but dont worry not from you he would do it with anyone that walks up to him whther they have a hot body or not... and stop showing off your body.

I doubt it, he's probably just a young guy fooling, although he's probably too old to still be acting like that. Although, you said he's in high shcool, he could be a freshman and you could be in 8th grade which would be no worse than a freshman and sophomore in high school. You probably should tell your brother about this though to find out what's up with his friend.

I would report that to the school or even the police that is a sign of abnormal behavior and you should do something about it before he does serious damage to someone (he could end up being a rapist, you never know!) The fact that he is in high school and your in middle school is really alarming, I would definitely report that to the police!

no offense, but he should be hitting on girls his own age. He is just on a hormone streak and should get some psychological help. the gym thing is kinda scary and is like a sign of help. tell your parents or get your brother to beat him up!

Oh my God! You need to tell your brother AND your parents. If your brother is protective towards you, he's bound to knock the daylight out of him, and for sure, they won't be friends anymore. He could've been arrested for what he did, AND for trying to grope you. Please tell someone about this NOW, please! I'm a victim of molestation so I understand how you feel. I think you should find the sharpest knife that you own and put it in your school bag. Then when he tries it again, which he will, you will be able to filet his heart. It's better than being raped. Also, by killing him you will prevent him from raping others.
