what i am asking here is, out of the population of all humankind estimated to have lived these last 6 or 7 thousands years, how many were around to have even have heard of the christian god and the gospel?

It would be a rough estimate of course, we are not that sure how many people lived in early human history.

Very small number followed the Lord between Adam and Noah, thus the Flood. From Noah to Jesus also very small, primarily Israelites and a small number of people from the neighboring regions. From Jesus to the Age of Exploration, primarily Europe alone followed the Lord. It was not until the last 200 years or so that gospel missions and crusades really started almost making the entire number prior to 1800 negligent in comparison.

With an estimated 2 billion claiming to be Christian today it has probably been less than 5 billion in the entire history of the World.

Witness is not quite the right word. "Victim" might suffice.

P.S. Christianity did not exist as a uniform group prior to the third century A.D. when Constantine made it the official religion of the Romans and tortured and killed Pagan "heretics," not to mention destroyed ancient books that contributed to civilization.

P.S. If you disagree, please provide evidence to the contrary, instead of sulking behind a thumbs down. I stand by what I say. Christianity has caused countless acts of bloodshed in the name of religious tyranny. It may be different today, but make no mistake as to its origins. "Witnessing" wasn't a big concept centuries ago. "Conversion at the threat of execution," was.

What, accumulatively?

...a lot. But you can't know for certain because no one documents everybody or has for the last 7 thousand years or so.
