It seems that others don't find me very attractive which is most likley why I've never had a boyfriend mind you I'm only 13, but I'm cool with that. Its just that one of my best friends constantly has a boyfriend, and usually when I hang out with her she is hanging with him which creates situations of me feeling like the third wheel on a wagon. Because they're always flirting or talking only to each other. How do I cope with the matter?

Are you inviting yourself on these things or are they inviting you? If you're inviting yourself then you may be imposing on them when they'd rather be alone. If they really want to be alone and you tag along you WILL feel like a third wheel. It's unaviodable. So better to accept reality and let them have their time. Find something else to do on a Friday night.
If they're inviting you on these things then just let them know that you feel like an outsider. If things don't change after that then just don't hang out with them when they're together. Don't treat them like they're the last life preserver on the Titanic. Excercise your right to hang with someone else if you don't like it when your with them together. If your friend really likes you she will find time to be with you anyway.
