Dogs moult in most parts of the UK, 'shed' is an old term still used by a lot of people, same difference, just a different term. Sounds to me like she is moulting more or less non stop, but she may need a coat feed to cut this down. Give her a bath, get rid of all the old coat - beware it will come out worse than ever for a week - and then give her a coat feed like Yumega, as recommended by my vet for a puppy with dry skin/dandruff, this stuff cleared it up in a few weeks.

Terriers shed constantly. Some longhaired breeds shed twice a year when they're exchanging winter & summer coats.
If the dog's coat isn't thinning, and she continues to shed, you know she's matured into a shedding devil. Nothing you can do to stop it.
Brush her often, sit outside with her & shed her with your fingers, vaccum constantly, and buy clothes the same color that she is.

How long have you had her?
Could it be an allergy to something in your house? Have you changed washing powered and washed her bedding or anything like that? Is she itchy, scratching her skin? Rubbing her self? Is she distressed? Or is she just shedding hair?
Could be a poor diet. What are you feeding her? Have you changed her diet recently?
Have you washed her in anything different? You haven't provided enough information!

Dogs do not MOLT. They SHED. They shed all the time. Maybe she needs a change in diet, maybe a worming, maybe a trip to the vet.
