I had an amazing relationship with a girl, it happened to be an old time friend that I used to say hi to at the bus stop every morning. 5 years later we bumped into each other and from there on it was just beautiful, I've never devoted myself to anybody as much as I did with her and she'd always tell me how everyday she'd wake up and smile just knowing that she had me in her life. Keeping it short and leaving out all the other mushy stuff. She ended up breaking it off. The "reason"... I couldn't hear what she said on the phone one day and then reacted pretty harshly saying that i never listen to her lol. She had no good reason to offer me and asked me to understand, I told her that I'll learn to accept it but I'll never understand it. My heart was destroyed for about two months afterwards.... It's been almost a year now and just recently she sent me a text message saying "I know you don't like me anymore but I just wanted to see how things are going with you." Should I ignore?

what she did was find somebody else and then left you at the drop of a dime with a flimsy a%$ reason for it--now she's over it or they are over her,which ever and so now she's trying to come back to the one stable relationship that she had...on top of that she thinks cuz you were so in love and so heartbroken that she could easliy get you back...dont fall for it!!think about it-who texts someone they havent talked to at all in months let alone a year? she is at the end of her rope and she wants you to join her there.she will only hurt you again...trust me.just ignore her pettiness and move on.she didnt care when she left you hurting-prove to her and yourself that now it's too late.goodluck babe!

IGNORE her and see how she feels...its your TURN now...
Seriously if you go for her now, she's gonna think your a wussy who falls for everything she says...and she will continue using you...even if you don't see it that way...becasue you think your in LOVE with her...but believe me SHE is NOT....
women don't leave GOOD men....there was a reason...and YOU don't have to give her a chance...unless you want the same thing done to you again...
why would YOU be friendly as "other" ppl said..I mean was she friendly to YOU..NO....Its not up to you to make everything OKAY for her..don't take that as your RESPONSIBLITY man...your just gonna end up doing all kind a crap for her....which is NOT worth YOUR time...or at least MINE...
I rather spend my time with a worthwhile girlfriend then some girl who wants ATTENTION cuz she can't FIND it anywhere else........

Oh, I feel so sorry for you. I don't think you should ignore it. Just chat back and forth with her like you would with a friend and then you can try and find out why she is coming back to you and find out the real 'reason.' Good Luck!! :)

She left you because you acted like a wuss bag which caused her to lose all attraction towards you and she couldn't respect you anymore. Now she is trying to determine if you are still a weak wussy that she can toy with. Get some game dude. Have some self respect. Ignore.

If I were you,I'll give one more chance...for myself and for her to atleast talk what happened.It will never be a resolve feeling unless you can talk to her and you'll know what really is her reasons,she might not so prepared that time that's why she can't tell you everything and this might be the chance for you to know.As to you,even how many times you try to move on and even you really have,there's still that wonders in your thought about what happen and what did you did to her that made her had a break up decision.
There's no harm if you will go and meet her again,actually it could maybe give you a peace of mind and a new start.

Ask yourself by heart do you still love her? If so don't ignore her, whatever reason made her ended up the relationship you still had good relationship before. If a woman smiles everymorning when she thinks of you means she enjoys having you with her means she is in love with you. But for some reasons she broke up you need to find out the real reason and work on it .

You might be polite and respond but try to just leave it at that or you might get sucked in again. Try ending your message with "thanks for asking, take care" or something of that nature. This way she might get the hint that you'd rather not get back into it with her.
