How do you know if something is meant to be or not meant to be, when it comes to love?

You like a guy and it seems that after a while you two are talking online but when it comes to talking face to face, you can't find yourself to talk casually to him. Is it possible I shouldn't talk to him or maybe be more confident and just talk to him? I'm asking him all the questions and it seems like he doesn't ask me anything. So is he nervous too or just being nice and talking to me?

When meeting face to face with a guy you should make sure that there is a chance just to be together without talking. Let there be quiet and you will hear from him soon enough.
