Not at all. Marijuana is one of the most amazing plants on earth. MARIJUANA DOES NOT KILL BRAIN CELLS. The research that 'discovered' this myth was crap. It becomes immoral when you use it so excessively that you do it for no reason other than habit. If you smoke once in a while, you do absolutely no harm to your body (as long as you use a water bong or vaporizer to cool the smoke). Basing morality on law is always a bad decision. According to this belief, it was immoral for Lincoln to sign the emancipation. If you want to smoke weed, just remember, regardless whether or not something is moral or not, it's bad for you to do ANYTHING in excess. Moderation is important in anything you choose to do.

That actually depends on your religion. Mormons believe that it is immoral to intake poisons into the body (you know, like coffee). Other religions may preach that it is immoral to break the law of the land, or to use anything that harms you (which it does, I don't care what the apologists say).
Maybe there are some religions that condone marijuana use. I just don't know which ones those are.

Absolutely not. It is a wonderful medicine that has never in history killed someone even though we have records of 3 thousand plus years of use. To not use this amazing medicine the Earth provides while hurting our bodies with pharmaceuticals that have harmful side affects is immoral in my opinion.

No. Just like it's not immoral to drink man made alcohol, it's not immoral to smoke a herb from the earth.

It depends on the society. In the US it is illegal, making it immoral to most but in countries like Amsterdam or The Netherlands, it's common and not considered immoral.

No, lots of "good" people enjoy smoking. Sh!t, my old pastor would have a drink from time to time. Unless you are a totally worthless person due to the fact that you smoke I would have to say No.

Well, it's against the law without a medical license if that's what you mean. I guess the real question is: Is it immoral to break the law?
In that case - yes.

No but it sure is illegal. I say if you don't bother anyone then you are not causing any harm to anyone else but your self. Its a personal decision whether to use it or not.
