the first three days are the worst after the 3rd day you feel like crap but its not as bad. get a lot of sleep and let the body rest.

The flu can last from 10 to 14 days. Give yourself plenty of time to get well.

Well mine lasted about 3 1/2 days, but I was still a little sick with a cough for 2 days

Yes I had the flu and it was horrible -- lasted almost three weeks.
