I am currently 13 yrs. old and 64 inches in height. The doctor said I'm going to be 68 inches by the time I stop growing. Do you think so?

AT 13 yrs of age the answer is yes. You are not through growing yet.

Most likely you will be at your top height by age 16 or 17, boys usually top out by 20.
So don't give up hope til after HS graduation.
You can't really go by your family either. I'm 5'11, my sister is 5'5"

At age thirteen, you have a whole lot of growing to do. Very few kids are finished growing at your age. Some are still growing into their twenties even.

Ya you'll probably have a sudden growth spurt like my teen son
