i was 151 and 5'3" last week and now (4 days after i'm 157.......6mpounds in 4 days am i gaining to fast?my diet consists of 3 bowls of cerael 1 mcmuffin(breakfast) 2 double whoppers with cheese, chips and large drink(lunch) and 2 quarter punders with cheese extra large drink(dinner) at least 1 chocolate bar and 3 bowls of ice cream before bed.....is that like way to much or is it ok?

3 bowls of cereal is too much. one bowl is all you should eat if you're eating a muffin, although I guess that all depends on the size of the bowl. You shouldn't eat two double whoppers for lunch. I don't know how you can eat that much-I can barely eat 1. Two quarter pounders for dinner is not very bad. When I'm really hungry I'll eat two (I think. Are the quarter pounders the really small ones?). What's really making you gain weight is the 3 bowls of ice cream. You should only have 1 for desert. Eat your desert at lunch time, because your digestion is best between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Talk to your doctor about taking pills that won't let you eat as much. They just shrink your stomach, so you can eat as much as you want, and when you're full, you have eaten all you should have.

Lay off the fast food. Ideally you should eat fast food a MAXIMUM of once a week.

Just cut out the fast food and you should stop gaining so quickly.

ummm, where did you learn to eat like that? you are gonna have a heartattack before too much longer! not to mention diabetes and heart disease!! stop what you are doing and reevaluate how you eat! i am 5'3" and weigh 125lbs. a healthy person for our height is between 115 and 145 pounds.

Way too much and most of it is unhealthy.
If you keep eating like that you will have a heart attack by the time you are 30.

umm im sorry but your gonna be obese. your already overweight. and instead of going to mcdonald's cook at home and if your too lazy to do that than go to subway and waste more money.

you should cut down.

and try not eat healthier.. or you might get a more serious condidtion.

ok if it isn't, here's what you should do: drink only water, vegetables and fruits, and stay away from chips and ice cream.

she/he is obviously kidding, or they're INCREDIBLY dense.

in 5 years you won't be able to fit through a door if you continue to eat that much/that way.
