Well, they made to all-conference! What healthy treat can I make to congradulate them? I wanted to make a cake, but they're not eating that right now. Is carrot cake healthy? Any ideas? Please?!

No, it's just for those two (they are the only ones i know) and I guess it doesn't really have to be a baked good...

Carrot cake is deceiving because it "sounds" healthy. Actually its loaded with fat and sugar! An alternative would be a nice batch of oatmeal cookies made with brown or turbinado sugar and applesauce. For a special treat, add raisens and then dip each cookie in melted chocolate.

how about a fruit smoothie?

Or a pudding pie made with graham crucker curst and fat free pudding and cool whip
