i don't feel good at all. i have teary eyes, stiff nose and a running nose. I keep on snezzing and i have use up like 2 boxes of tissues. I don't want to quit my workout routine but since i'm so sick should i stop my workout until i feel well again or i should just do my noemal workout routine.

It sounds like it could be a sinus infection vs. normal allergies, a small cold. You need to take it easy for at least 3 days.

Give your body a chance to rest and get better. Drink a ton of water (as you should be doing daily anyway), get lots of rest, and continue your normal life - which in my case is quite a work out all by itself.

I am sick right now (allergies) and I normally do Yoga. I am not doing anything until I am well. I heal faster when I rest and drink fluids. I don't take medications to get well, either. I am not saying that's for everyone, but I am only sick about twice a year. It works for me!

Stop working out. You have to overcome your sickness or it will get worse and you won't have a choice.
